Color consulting
Color can help tie together disparate elements, and make a space feel like a cohesive whole. It can help mask an awkward architectural element, or emphasize a beautiful feature within a room. Color can relax, energize, or inspire.
My interior and exterior color consulting services range from one- to two-hour “brainstorming” sessions, to designing color concepts for your entire house utilizing photo-rendering software to help you visualize the “final product”.
AutoCAD drafting
Utilizing AutoCAD, I provide clients with construction drawings that are clearer and more quickly adjusted than traditional hand-drafted plans. I provide furniture layouts, and precisely dimensioned shop drawings that can be given directly to contractors, and can also coordinate with architectural and engineering professionals who can utilize these drawings as a starting point for their work.
My AutoCAD drafting services include:
- Measuring
- Transcribing existing project blue prints into AutoCAD
- Providing computer-drafted floor plans, interior elevations, cabinetry details, building sections, exterior elevations and site plans
- Transcribing Contractor-provided structural drawings, details and notes, including building sections, foundation and roof structures and detail drawings, from hand-drawn notes and drawings
- Providing drawing sets (which are reviewed and stamped by a licensed Engineer or Architect as needed)
