Working with you to create timeless spaces that nurture comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.
At Julia Williams Interiors, LLC, I specialize in creating spaces that listen, adapt, and grow with you — blending timeless style with lasting comfort.
A Personalized, Supportive Design Experience
Every design begins with understanding how my clients live — their goals, their lifestyle, and the way they move within their spaces are essential elements to creating the perfect space for them.
Designing a Home is a Shared Journey
Working together, we translate those insights into a thoughtful design plan that combines the beauty, functionality, and long-term comfort they’re looking for. By combining my experience, precision, and attention to detail with my clients' goals we create unique spaces that blend their lifestyles with the timeless beauty, comfort, and adaptability they need to thrive.

About Me
As a California native, my childhood memories are filled with family beach days and annual vacations in Yosemite. In 2002 my husband and I relocated to Portland, Oregon where our family has been enjoying all the beauty that the Pacific Northwest provides. My hobbies include reading, gardening, year-round hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
I received my undergraduate degree in Fine Art from UCLA in 1996, followed by an Interior Architectural Design degree from Santa Monica College in 2002. After starting my own business in 2005, I have specialized in residential, senior living, and aging-in-place projects. In 2024, I went back to school to earn both a Professional Certificate of Gerontology from Portland Community College, and to become a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
I am also a Professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and a certificate holder of the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) exam (#021579).

What My Clients Are Saying
"This has been the most painless remodel we've ever been through, starting with a great designer: your ideas, the precision of your drawings, your accessibility and the suggestion of [a cabinet supplier] who is also very detail-oriented. Thank you so much for everything. We give you 5-stars!"

Thank you, Julia, for helping me with my kitchen design. I really appreciate your meticulous work and time you spent with me!"
